Acted as program manager during the development of a facility plan that integrated several metal processing steps at three corporate divisions into one new $18 million building. Over the four and one-half month project ISI provided leadership with seventeen area/corporate managers as well as numerous operators for the purpose of establishing the project requirements, defining alternative solutions, and meeting goal objectives. For example, to establish future process requirements ISI worked with the Marketing group to prepare business forecasts and in-turn, worked with manufacturing managers to identify the impact of those forecasts to the processes. In addition, the facility-related requirements were developed.
