ISI managed and acted as resident engineering firm for the multi-faceted five-year, $12 million implementation of a capital improvement plan that upgraded almost every part of the plant. From major office remodels to the expansion and integration of the mixing process, ISI provided ideas, studies, drawings, and plans for implementation. ISI also hired contractors and coordinated the construction efforts while uninterrupted plant operations were underway. In five years, seven major projects were completed, all which exceeded the client expectations.
