ISI performed capability study to identify bottleneck operations and develop layouts for bushing and die finishing operations. This resulted in a plant layout with optimized floor space, minimized lead-time, and an allowance for future growth. This project was performed in association with the integration of processes into an existing facility. New process equipment was identified to replace some existing equipment in order to improve flow speed and reduce floor space.
