ISI utilized 3D CAD tools during preliminary design of the Ankeny Pump Station Replacement project. This pump station is located in Water Front Park in downtown Portland. 3D models were created to minimize the schedule impact associated with concepts and what-if analysis. ISI also understood that the visual presentations of the design would be an important part of the project when it came time to address the public. ISI provided 3D renderings for workshops so everyone involved in the process could understand how everything worked and was to be laid out.
