Conduit Isolation and Improvements Project (Original Design)

The intertie stations provide connections between the three main water conduits that serve Portland, and facilitate pipeline maintenance and overall system reliability. The design includes nine 66-inch valves with motor actuators and controls to coordinate operations.

Conduit Isolation and Improvements Project (Final Design)

The original design was changed from housing the nine 66-inch valves under one structure to nine individual vaults, control room and generator room. This is a detail of one of the vaults.

Ankeny Pump Station

Originally built in 1925, this as-built 3D model was developed to establish potential upgrade alternatives.

This new pump station was designed to expand the capacity of the existing pump station.

Qwest, Belmont

This was our first application of 3D CAD to HVAC system design. This project had tight constraints on space available for equipment and ductwork. Air-handling equipment was selected to be maintained from below the unit and a 3D model was designed to optimize duct sizes, maintenance space requirements and system performance.

Qwest, Keizer

A 3D model was developed to optimize the equipment layout in the penthouse and the ductwork distribution system to the building.

Heaven Coffee Shop

This downtown coffee shop was designed in 3D to provide construction drawings for permitting, shop drawings to build custom cabinets, as well as graphics to be used in promotional material.
